What is the Compressed Method?
An observational framework for fascia based on direct personal experimentation. James developed it while rebuilding his own body after years of chronic tension and postural collapse. It is not a medical treatment.

Who is it for?
Men who recognise chronic stiffness, altered posture, reduced movement, old injuries, body-image changes, or the experience of being told their problem is simply age, weight, stress, or poor discipline. Women may also find the observations relevant; the network is written primarily from a male life context.
Does it work at all stages?
James has used the method as part of his own long-term maintenance. People differ in their starting point, condition, and response. It is not a promise of suitability or outcome.
Can I use this after surgery?
Do not begin a new practice after surgery without checking with the relevant surgeon or qualified physiotherapist. The post-surgery node contains observations about old scars and long-term recovery, not instructions for fresh wounds.
Is there a connection between posture, alcohol, and stress?
James may help you examine whether work pressure, movement, alcohol, sleep, or other inputs are connected in your own experience. A connection is not a diagnosis, and individual patterns differ.
Do I need equipment?
The core principles require no equipment. Additional resources may be referenced in future paid content, but the basic method is observation and movement-based.
Does the AI remember me across sites?
The current browser chat history is stored separately for each domain. The supplied client does not establish shared memory across domains.
How do I cancel?
